juice

This morning, after exercising for an hour, I was in the mood from some fresh juice.  So, I pulled out the Juiceman Jr. and set up my morning selection.  Juicing normally take a few minutes, give or take a few minutes. ;oD   This morning I had carrots, apples, celery and grapes.  So, let’s get juicing!

You’ll need:

  • 2 whole carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2 red apples, sliced into 8 pieces
  • 1 granny smith apple, sliced into 8 pieces
  • 1 cup of grapes, still attached to the stem
  • a measuring cup
  • a strainer
  • a large glass or container

  1. Wash fruits and vegetables.
  2. Place measuring cup under the out spout of juicer.
  3. Juice apples a few slices at a time.
  4. You will see foam on the top of your liquid.  Place the strainer over your glass and slowly pour apple juice into strainer.
  5. Juice the rest of your fruits and vegetables.
  6. Repeat strainer instructions.
  7. Stir or gently shake juice to combine in glass/container.
  8. Enjoy!
