I know this is kind of late, but the last week has been a blur. There are so many changes happening in my life right now that my head is spinning. In a good way.
Last week was the start of a new journey for me. Not only am I in the final phases of restructuring and decreasing my inventory at Simply Clesha, but last week I attended my first grad level course (in over 10 years). What makes this so unique is I am attending seminary. Yeah, me…in seminary.
This is, by no means, a quick and impulsive decision. It’s just the opposite. It comes with a lot of prayer, thought, time, more prayer and the letting down of my guard. I never would have imagined I would be attending seminary, but when I allowed myself to hear the seed being planted in my spirit, I decided to listen (this time).
I won’t reveal too much about the vision that is being placed in my hands, but I will tell you that I am excited. Not just about the vision, but about the journey. This is all new to me and yet it feels…right.
It makes me think back to 1999 when I first created my sacred line of aromatherapy products. It reminds me of how I’ve spent most of my life wanting to help and heal those around me. It makes my smile to know that every gift and blessing I have been given will be used together in perfect harmony.
I have no plans of ending my love affair with aromatherapy, but I will be pulling back for a bit so I can get back into a mode of higher education. There are strategies I need to dust off and new ones to learn. But, I’m looking forward to the challenge. You will still hear from me and I will be continuing my sales and inventory clearance.
Once I’ve settled into a comfortable groove, I’ll be able to plan things in both worlds so that there is balance in my on and offline lives. Until then, I’ll be stopping by to give you quick tips and recipes that will continue to help you bring aromatherapy to your home.
