Next Project: Cameo Faggot Stitch Scarf

Since I have so much work to do, I’ve decided to put it off by knitting another scarf.  I need one for my coat anyway so the universe is still in balance.

This time out I’m going to try the Cameo Faggot Stitch Scarf again.

This time I’m using Wool-Ease Super Bulky in Blossom and Print Fun Fur in Tropical on size 17 needles.

The pattern calls for 18 stitches to cast on, but because I’m using super bulky yarn, I’m going to cut it down to 12.  You can track my progress in the left sidebar.

    I tried the pattern at the crystal palace yarn website and it does not work. It only has row one anthen it says to repeat. I think they forgot to include row 2. I tried to purl in row 2 but it still did not work.

      Hi Arianna!

      Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. It does sound a bit confusing. After you knit row 1, you just repeat with the same thing. All the rows follow the same pattern as row one. I will warn you that it will look like nothing in the beginning. Once you get a few rows completed, then it will begin to take shape.
