		<description>I was surprised by the taste and texture. It wasn&#039;t bitter or tough, and it didn&#039;t cause gas as some raw vegetables will do. She highly recommends organic, and I would have to agree. You don&#039;t want the pesticides when eating raw (actually when you&#039;re eating anything fresh). So, get those collard leaves from Whole Foods and not Produce Junction.</description>

		<description>Raw Collard Green leafs!  This even I have to taste. I have a deep appetite for collards and never have once opened mouth for a raw piece. Thinking aloud it is probably  even more favorable to the body as with steamed veggies. I need to get to the market soon.</description>
