
Aromatic Bath for Relief of the Winter Blues
This is a great recipe to help combat those winter blues, sadness and low spirits.
- 3 drops Lavender Essential Oil
- 3 drops Ylang ylang Essential Oil
- 2 drops Basil Essential Oil
- 2 drops Geranium Essential Oil
- 1 drop Grapefruit Essential Oil
- 1 cup of Epsom salts
Run a bath of water at a hot temperature that is comfortable for you. While water is still running, add the Epsom salts to the water. Under the faucet of running is a quicker way to dissolve the salts. Layer in the drops of essential oils. Stir, slip in & soak for 20 minutes.
For added relaxation, use candles instead of the normal bathroom lights.
