Payment
Clesha Staten is a companion company of In Your Secret Place and will reflect that on all invoices.
We accept payment via PayPal, which has been around since 1998. They are one of the most secure ways to protect your financial information on the web. PayPal also offers “Purchase Protection [which] covers all eligible purchases where PayPal is used, as well as payments made through our [PayPal] website.”
Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you are still able to shop with us using the “checkout without an account” option found under the login option.

PayPal allows us to accept the following major credit cards: VISA or MC debit cards are also accepted.

Sales Tax
A sales tax of 8% will be added to all PA orders.
Shipping & Handling
Unless otherwise stated, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via the United States Postal Service.
Our website is open 24 hours a day for your shopping convenience. However, we are closed on weekends and holidays and do not ship during these times. If orders are placed during this time, your order will be processed on the next business weekday.
Shipping rates are calculated at the time your order is placed.
Placing your order
Once your order is placed, we do all we can to process it quickly so your order of blissful products arrives to you quickly. If you need to alter your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will try to make the changes to your order if possible. If this is not possible, you will need to place an additional order with additional shipping charges and it will be shipped separately. Once your order has been processed and packaged, you will receive an email with your shipping information, tracking number, and estimated delivery date.
We strive to be environmentally friendly by reducing, recycling, and reusing shipping materials. So, whenever possible, we will choose shipping boxes and packing materials that reflect that mission.
International orders
We currently do not ship internationally. Orders placed must be within the continental United States.
Shipping Essential & Fragrance Oils
Because of the volatile nature of some essential and fragrance oils, special shipping for these items will have to be done by Parcel Post. Combustible and flammable liquids are considered dangerous with flashpoints between 141°F – 199°F. If these oils are in your order, you will be notified of the special shipping while this item is in your shopping cart.

Returns & Damaged Merchandise
All of our products are handmade using carefully sourced high-quality ingredients. We do our best to fully describe the fragrances and ingredients on the item pages so you have an idea of the scents and products you are buying. We suggest reading the descriptions carefully so you are not purchasing an item that will cause an adverse reaction. You are also encouraged to order a sample of the scent to see if you are unsure if you will enjoy it. Therefore, because of the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. This includes but is not limited to, dissatisfaction due to scent or color.
However, if there is a problem with your order (other than being dissatisfied with the color or fragrance choice), please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.
Damages
We do our best to ship your order with care to ensure that it arrives to you in perfect condition. If there is a time when your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours to report the damage.

Please keep all packaging and damaged merchandise. It is needed for inspection and to process your damage claim. A refund or replacement will be issued once the damaged product is returned.
Any products returned without authorization will not be processed.
It is our aim to satisfy our customers. Replacements, refunds, or store credit will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
